Is this a 24/7 help desk or full MSP service?
No. This offer provides technology leadership and oversight. It does not automatically replace a complete managed-service-provider stack or include around-the-clock ticket coverage or guaranteed emergency response windows.
Does this include cybersecurity certification?
No. Rovidx can oversee security practices, backups and business-continuity basics, but does not provide cybersecurity certification or regulatory compliance guarantees. Assessment, implementation and ongoing management are scoped separately.
