This page explains how Rovidx Media & Consulting, Inc. (“Rovidx”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information submitted through rovidx.com. Rovidx is based in Hay River, Northwest Territories, Canada.
Contact and quote requests
When you use our contact form or quote request form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, optional organization name, and details about your project or inquiry. We use this information only to review your request and contact you about it.
We do not add quote or contact form submissions to Mailchimp or any marketing email list through these forms.
Analytics
If Google Analytics is configured for this site, we use it to understand site use and whether contact and quote paths work. Analytics events are designed to exclude names, email addresses, organization names, messages, project descriptions, and other personal details.
During the current browser-tab session, the site may remember the first Rovidx page visited and limited campaign, service, or call-to-action labels. This lets us attribute a successful inquiry without storing form content or the page query string in analytics.
Retention and access
Quote and contact messages are delivered to Rovidx by email so our team can respond. We retain correspondence as needed to manage your request and our business records.
