The $2,500 CAD entry assessment has a defined scope. We confirm the systems, evidence, access arrangements and schedule in writing before you commit. Larger or more complex environments may need a separate proposal.
Assessment first
We review the agreed information and evidence. We do not make production changes as part of the assessment.
Fixes priced separately
Use your plan with your own team or provider, or ask Rovidx for an implementation quote. There is no obligation to buy further work.
Ongoing support is optional
Fractional IT management is a separate engagement for organizations that want continuing technology oversight.
Testing has separate scope
Penetration testing, vulnerability scans, recovery tests, detailed network or application testing, certification and emergency incident response are not included.

Common questions
Do we need to change IT providers?
No. This is a standalone assessment. You can use the findings with your current provider, your staff or Rovidx. Any implementation is quoted separately.
What does the $2,500 CAD price cover?
The entry assessment covers security triage, a basic systems inventory, a review of access and available device and backup evidence, a written findings summary, a prioritized action plan and a results discussion. We confirm the systems and evidence to be reviewed in writing before work starts. Larger or more complex environments may need a separately scoped proposal.
Where do you provide the assessment?
Rovidx is based in Hay River and serves organizations across the Northwest Territories. The assessment can be delivered remotely. Any onsite work and travel are agreed and quoted separately.
How long does it take?
We agree the schedule before work starts, based on your environment, availability and access to the information needed.
Is this a penetration test or certification?
No. It is a focused baseline review, not a penetration test, vulnerability-scanning engagement, compliance certification or emergency incident-response service. Backup evidence is reviewed, but recovery testing is not included.
