What your assessment can include
We tailor the review to your organization. Scope, pricing, systems, evidence, access arrangements and schedule are agreed in writing before you commit to the work.
- Security triage and a basic inventory of the agreed systems, accounts and devices.
- Review of administrator permissions, multi-factor authentication and how access is granted and removed.
- Review of available device-protection, update and backup evidence, including documented recovery arrangements.
- A plain-language findings summary, prioritized action plan and results discussion with Rob.
Findings distinguish confirmed observations from missing information. A successful backup report is not proof of a tested recovery.

Before you request the assessment
Do we need to change IT providers?
No. Use the findings with your current provider, your staff or Rovidx. Implementation is quoted separately, and there is no obligation to buy further work. Ongoing fractional IT management is optional and separately scoped.
Will you change our systems during the assessment?
No. The assessment reviews the agreed information and available evidence. Production changes are not included. Any fixes require a separate implementation scope and quote.
What testing and certification are excluded?
Penetration testing, vulnerability scans, recovery testing, detailed network or application testing, certification and emergency incident response are not included. This is a focused baseline review, not a compliance certification service.
Where and when can the assessment be delivered?
Rovidx serves the Northwest Territories from Hay River. The assessment can be delivered remotely; onsite work and travel are agreed and quoted separately. We agree the schedule based on your environment, availability and access to the information needed.
